Overview

TripActions is hiring an Enterprise Launch Manager to oversee the implementation of their travel and expense platform for Enterprise customers. You'll manage global projects and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful deployments. This role requires strong project management skills and experience in FinTech or corporate travel management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a background in project management, ideally with experience in FinTech or corporate travel management. You are a high-energy individual who takes the initiative to get things done and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives. Your ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with customers is key to your success in this role.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is constant, and you are excited about the opportunity to drive successful implementations of the Navan platform. Your strong organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Launch Manager, you will be responsible for the successful and timely implementation of the Navan travel and expense platform for a portfolio of Enterprise customers. You will act as the global project manager and technical contact for each implementation, ensuring that customers deploy the platform within the target timeframes of 2-4 months. You will collaborate closely with the customer’s project and IT teams, as well as internal teams such as Sales, Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Support, to drive a seamless onboarding experience.

You will prepare and present custom implementation plans to prospective customers, supporting new business acquisition alongside the Sales team. Your role will involve developing project plans, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely deployments that meet customer expectations. You will also manage the hypercare phase during the first weeks post go-live, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to succeed.
