You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in AI or technology-driven products. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with cross-functional teams. Your technical aptitude allows you to engage deeply with research and engineering teams, translating strategic goals into actionable improvements. You are comfortable navigating complex technical discussions and can articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with AI models or APIs is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience design principles. What you'll do
As a Model Behavior Product Manager for the API team, you will define strategic priorities and the roadmap for improving model behavior for API users. Your focus will be on user outcomes, safety, reliability, and emerging capabilities. You will partner with research and engineering teams at a technical level to translate those goals into model capability improvements. You will also engage with customers to gather feedback and insights that inform product development.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between product, research, and engineering teams.
