You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on AI or machine learning — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful features. You possess a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in product development, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform product decisions, ensuring that user needs are met while driving business growth.

What you'll do
As a Product Manager at Descript, you will lead the AI Research and Enablement roadmap, working closely with AI researchers and engineers to develop innovative features that leverage cutting-edge AI technology. You will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that our AI capabilities are best-in-class.
