What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on OpenAI’s Enterprise Identity team, you will lead the development of the identity platform that enables organizations to securely adopt OpenAI at scale — your role involves designing, building, and evolving core enterprise identity capabilities that power access across all OpenAI products.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining identity solutions that ensure seamless user access while providing administrators with the tools they need to manage users and permissions effectively — your contributions will help shape how businesses integrate AI into their workflows.

You will collaborate with various teams to deliver systems that balance enterprise requirements with user experience — your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential in ensuring alignment across teams.
