What you'll do

As a Software Engineer on the Ads Integrity team, you will design and build backend systems that ensure ads and advertisers meet safety, trust, and compliance standards. You will develop mechanisms to verify advertiser identity and assess advertiser risk, ensuring that the ads displayed align with OpenAI's principles. Your role will involve building and improving systems that evaluate ad content and landing pages for user safety and policy compliance. You will partner closely with the Core Ads, Integrity, and Personalization teams to define how ads responsibly show up in products like ChatGPT. This position offers significant ownership and influence over how ads evolve at OpenAI, making it a high-impact role on a team that is critical to the company's growth and reputation.
