What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Codex Runtime team, you will be responsible for developing the execution and infrastructure layer that enables Codex to function as a real AI software engineer. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to iteratively improve Codex's capabilities, ensuring it can handle complex software engineering tasks effectively.
You will engage in the full lifecycle of experimentation, deployment, and iteration, contributing to the development of state-of-the-art AI systems. Your role will require you to collaborate with researchers to refine the Codex model, ensuring it meets the needs of developers and non-developers alike. You will also be involved in building product experiences that drive the adoption of Codex in various team environments, from small teams to large enterprises.
