What you'll do

In this role, you will own major product surfaces end-to-end, focusing on building the next-generation AI-powered jobs platform. You will design and ship core systems for matching candidates with job opportunities, ensuring that the platform is user-friendly and effective. You will collaborate with research teams to turn new model and agent capabilities into production features that help users prove their skills and find great opportunities.

You will run experiments and engage with users to identify what drives successful outcomes, iterating quickly based on feedback. Your work will involve optimizing for speed, reliability, and security, ensuring that the platform remains a trusted resource for economic mobility. You will work closely with product, design, research, and operations teams to create human-centered experiences powered by AI.
