You are adaptable and open to working in various locations, including Shackelford, Texas, and Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of datacenters, ensuring that all projects are executed on time and meet contractual obligations. You will coordinate with external development and operations teams, managing the complexities of site selection, build timelines, and equipment readiness. Your role will require you to establish strong relationships with strategic partners, facilitating communication and collaboration throughout the deployment process. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects remain on track. As a key member of the Infrastructure Strategy & Delivery team, you will contribute to the overall vision of OpenAI's AI infrastructure ecosystem, working closely with executives and teams across the organization.
