What you'll do

As an Experience Advocate at Opendoor, you will be the face and voice of the company, handling customer inquiries and providing support throughout the home-buying and selling process. You will respond to incoming calls and written communications from customers, agents, and partners, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and professionalism. Your role will involve de-escalating tough customer interactions and acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
