You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. Your experience includes overseeing core AP functions such as invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor communications. You understand the importance of process improvements and are eager to lead initiatives that enhance service delivery as the business grows.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Accounts Payable Manager, providing day-to-day operational support and supervising team members. You will lead the implementation of new programs and policies, ensuring that changes are clearly communicated and understood by your teammates. Your responsibilities will include managing escalated conversations with vendors and cross-functional partners, ensuring that complex issues are resolved in a timely manner.

You will oversee core accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and coding review, while also managing vendor communications and stakeholder follow-ups for approvals. Your leadership will help the AP function meet and exceed service expectations as the company expands into new markets.
