What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the right hand to the Accounts Payable Manager, providing day-to-day operational support and mentoring team members. You will oversee core AP functions such as invoice processing, PO matching, and vendor communications. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation of new programs and training teammates on changes to procedures.

You will be responsible for resolving complex issues with vendors and cross-functional partners, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective. Your role will also involve monitoring balances and coding reviews to maintain accuracy in financial reporting. As the business expands, you will play a vital part in supporting the scalability of the accounts payable function.
