What you'll do
As a Workplace Supervisor at OpenGov, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Pune office. You will support the Workplace Site Manager by executing daily processes reliably and coordinating effectively with both vendors and employees. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the operational aspects of the office, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and that services are delivered consistently. You will also be involved in enhancing the employee experience by addressing any operational challenges that arise and implementing solutions that foster a positive work environment. Your role will require you to be hands-on, combining daytime responsibilities with partial second-shift coverage to ensure continuity of service for teams working extended hours. You will be expected to take initiative and contribute ideas that improve workplace operations and employee satisfaction.
