Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the software industry, where you've successfully defined product visions and roadmaps that align with company objectives. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product development process.
You are adept at analyzing customer needs and market trends, allowing you to develop strategies that address current and future demands. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance user experience and drive business results. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for your assigned area, ensuring it aligns with OpenGov's overall objectives. You will develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses both current and future customer needs, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to bring your vision to life.
You will lead the product development process, from ideation through to launch, ensuring that all aspects of the product meet the high standards expected by OpenGov's clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and iterating on product features to enhance usability and effectiveness. You will also work with sales and customer success teams to ensure that the product meets market demands and provides maximum ROI for clients.
