What you'll do
As a Business Systems Administrator at OpenSesame, you will support the Salesforce platform and other core business systems. Your responsibilities will include system administration tasks, user support, and process automation. You will gain a general understanding of OpenSesameβs Salesforce environment and business systems within your first 30 days, completing onboarding and familiarizing yourself with existing automation.
You will assist with user management requests, such as role and profile adjustments, and complete routine administration tasks promptly. Your contributions will help ensure that systems run smoothly and that users are set up for success, ultimately enhancing the overall employee experience.
