You have extensive experience in test automation engineering, particularly with JavaScript and related technologies. Your background includes working with both frontend and backend systems, allowing you to understand the full stack of applications. You are familiar with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to team success. Your technical skills include proficiency in React, Python, Java, Go, Erlang, and Elixir, which you have used to build and maintain robust testing frameworks. You are also experienced with CI/CD tools like Cloudbuild and Spinnaker, which are essential for automating deployment processes.

You possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, enabling you to identify issues early in the development cycle. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can advocate for quality and best practices in software development. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance testing processes and tools. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions for both frontend and backend applications. You will collaborate closely with other Software Development Engineers in Test (SDETs) to ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain high-quality standards across the development lifecycle. Your daily tasks will involve writing and executing test cases, analyzing test results, and reporting defects to the development team. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of testing practices within the QA Guild.

You will have the opportunity to work on high-scale ad marketplaces, applying your technical expertise to enhance the performance and reliability of OpenX's digital advertising technologies. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of the testing process and the quality of the final product.
