Your expertise extends to data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow, where you've designed and maintained workflows that ensure data is processed efficiently and reliably.

You are familiar with data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake, and have experience in integrating various data sources into a cohesive data ecosystem — your ability to work with ETL tools like Hevo has allowed you to streamline data ingestion processes and improve data accessibility for stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of PostgreSQL databases that support OppLoans' applications — your work will ensure that data is stored securely and is easily accessible for analysis and reporting. You will also manage data workflows using Airflow, creating and optimizing ETL processes that transform raw data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate closely with data analysts and other engineers to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance their ability to derive insights from data — your contributions will directly impact the company's mission to improve financial health for everyday Americans. As part of the data engineering team, you will also participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in database management and data pipeline development.
