What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers' DBA teams with high-complexity problems, gathering relevant data, and investigating issues to provide detailed analyses of your findings. You will engage in screen-sharing sessions to help customers navigate and resolve critical issues quickly. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to author blog posts on interesting database topics, sharing your knowledge and insights with the broader community. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of massive database deployments, ensuring that customers can depend on their database infrastructures.
