What you'll do
As the Senior Manager, Operations Data Analytics, you will lead a team of analysts in developing best-in-class analytics solutions tailored to OppFi’s Operations teams. You will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and monitor execution across various operational initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytics solutions align with business objectives and enhance overall performance. You will also oversee the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting frameworks to track operational success.
