You have a strong background in software engineering with at least 10 years of experience, including leadership roles where you've guided teams to success. Your expertise in Java and familiarity with Scrum methodologies enable you to effectively manage and mentor engineering teams. You are passionate about cybersecurity and have a keen interest in integrating AI into software solutions, ensuring that your teams are aligned with product goals and technical excellence.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with product management to shape roadmaps and deliver impactful software. Your experience in QA automation demonstrates your commitment to quality and efficiency in software development. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring the next generation of engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Desirable

What you'll do
