You have 2-3 years of experience in instructional design or content development, and you understand the fundamentals of instructional design, including learning objectives, structure, assessments, and engagement strategies. You possess strong written communication skills, enabling you to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. Your hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools, particularly Articulate Rise and Storyline, sets you apart as a candidate eager to create high-quality training content.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable partnering with subject matter experts to gather course content and ensure its accuracy. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple small tasks while adhering to structured processes and deadlines. Your passion for continuous learning and feedback drives you to improve your work and contribute positively to your team.
What you'll do
As an Instructional Designer at Zuora, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging, and interactive training content. You will create assessments to check comprehension and ensure that course materials reflect the latest product features and updates. Your role will involve revising existing courses based on learner feedback and product releases, ensuring alignment with new features and releases.
You will also deliver instructor-led training sessions across different time zones, adapting your approach to meet the needs of various audiences.
