Optiver is seeking an AI Research Engineer to join their newly established AI Lab in Shanghai. You'll contribute to innovative research and development in the financial markets. This role requires a strong background in AI and machine learning.

You have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with experience in developing algorithms and models that can be applied to financial markets. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve trading strategies and market efficiency. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to work with a diverse team of experts in finance and technology. You are adaptable and open to exploring new ideas and methodologies in AI research.
Desirable
Experience in quantitative finance or trading is a plus, as is familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI research, such as Python or R. A background in statistics or data analysis will also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As an AI Research Engineer at Optiver, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
