What you'll do

In this role, you will lead research efforts on generative video and audio models, focusing on developing technologies that enable machines to engage in meaningful conversations with users. You will collaborate closely with the Applied ML team to implement your research findings into practical applications, ensuring that the AI Humans you help create are capable, trusted agents available 24/7.

You will be responsible for designing experiments, analyzing results, and iterating on your research to improve the performance and reliability of AI systems. Your work will directly impact the development of AI Humans, making them more emotionally intelligent and responsive to user needs. You will also mentor junior researchers and contribute to the overall growth of the AI team.
