Who you are

You have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, and bring 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or a business partner role. Your attention to detail and analytical skills enable you to prepare accurate financial plans and forecasts that support strategic business initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial data accuracy and consistency across systems. Your strong communication skills allow you to present financial insights effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prepare annual financial plans and quarterly forecasts in coordination with the FP&A team and other team leads. You will develop and refine financial models that support strategic business initiatives and projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering timely, accurate, and insightful management reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights, tracking KPIs to inform finance and business leadership. Additionally, you will participate in initiatives aimed at improving financial data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with finance, accounts payable, and procurement teams to ensure data integrity.
