Optiver is hiring an FPGA Development Team Lead to establish and lead their new FPGA & low latency development team in Mumbai. You'll focus on optimizing trade execution on Indian exchanges. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in FPGA development.

Your experience includes designing and implementing low-latency systems, and you are well-versed in the challenges of financial trading environments. What you'll do
As the FPGA Development Team Lead, you will be one of the founding members of the Mumbai team, responsible for developing and optimizing Optiver's execution platforms. You will lead the design and implementation of FPGA solutions that enhance trade execution speed and reliability on the Indian exchanges. Collaborating closely with other teams, you will ensure that your solutions align with the company's strategic goals and market demands.
You will mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth while driving the team's technical excellence. Your role will involve hands-on development as well as strategic planning, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of technology in the competitive trading landscape. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
