You hold a bachelor’s degree and have 2-5 years of experience trading Index and/or Equity Derivatives at a Bank or Proprietary firm. You possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to effectively manage and build relationships with external counterparties. Your ability to interpret large flows informs your trading strategies, enabling you to identify new market opportunities that diversify strategies and maximize team success.

What you'll do

As an Institutional Trader at Optiver, you will represent the company by managing current relationships and building new ones with external counterparties. You will interpret large market flows to inform your trading strategies, ensuring that you are always on the lookout for new market opportunities. Your collaboration with internal sales and trading desks will allow you to make real-time contributions to trading and pricing decisions, directly impacting the profitability of the organization.
