Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience trading Credit Derivatives, Corporate Bonds, or Fixed Income ETFs — you've developed a deep understanding of market flows and trading strategies that drive profitability. Your expertise in trading and position management allows you to navigate complex market dynamics effectively, ensuring that you make informed decisions that benefit your team and the organization.

What you'll do
As an Institutional Trader at Optiver, you will play a key role in expanding our credit trading business — your responsibilities will include managing existing relationships and building new ones with trading counterparties. You will interpret large market flows to inform your trading strategies, ensuring that you capitalize on new market opportunities to diversify and maximize team success.
Collaboration is essential in this role; you will work closely with internal sales and trading desks to make real-time contributions to trading and pricing decisions. Your ability to analyze market trends and execute the largest trades will directly impact the profitability of the firm. You will be at the forefront of our trading operations, representing Optiver and driving our credit trading initiatives forward.
