Data Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering, ideally with exposure to Finance, People, or Business Operations data. Your advanced SQL and dbt skills enable you to model data effectively for analytics, and you have hands-on experience with Databricks or equivalent Lakehouse platforms. You understand data governance and quality frameworks, ensuring that the data you work with is reliable and secure. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear, reusable data products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build clean, scalable ELT pipelines using dbt, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks. You will design curated models and semantic layers to standardize KPIs across Finance, People, and Operations. Partnering directly with business teams, you will turn complex requirements into actionable data products. Implementing governance and quality checks will be a key responsibility, ensuring that data is reliable and secure. You will also contribute to platform best practices, including CI/CD, naming conventions, and testing frameworks, to enhance the overall data infrastructure.
