Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience trading ETFs, cash products, or closely related instruments — your strong understanding of ETF mechanics, including valuation and basket construction, sets you apart in the field. You possess a solid grasp of market structure and how ETFs interact with underlying markets, which allows you to identify and capture trading opportunities effectively. While experience with China markets is an advantage, it is not a requirement for this role. You are comfortable working with data to inform trading decisions, and your experience with Python or similar languages enhances your analytical capabilities. As a clear communicator, you thrive in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams, ensuring that your insights contribute to the overall success of the trading strategy.

What you'll do

In this high-impact role, you will quote, execute, and manage risk across ETFs, both on-screen and OTC. You will identify and capture trading opportunities through market structure insights, relative value, and flow analysis. Working closely with quants, engineers, and other traders, you will improve pricing, models, and execution tools, contributing to the team's overall performance. Your role will involve continuous collaboration and communication with team members to ensure that trading strategies are well-informed and executed efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to shape coverage and strategy across a broad ETF universe, making a significant impact on the trading desk's success.
