Who you are
You have a strong background in trading operations, particularly in multi-asset environments, with a focus on crypto markets. You understand the dynamics of pricing, liquidity, and volatility, and you are adept at monitoring trading activities to ensure compliance with execution policies. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct comprehensive reviews of trading activities across various asset classes, including equities, ETFs, futures, and forex.
You possess a keen eye for detail and are skilled at developing effective KPIs to assess execution quality and client outcomes. Your experience includes implementing pre-trade and post-trade execution risk controls, ensuring that all trading activities align with internal control frameworks. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working with internal stakeholders to define business requirements for trading and risk tools.
What you'll do
In this role, you will closely monitor clients' trading activities, ensuring compliance with the firm's order execution policy. You will oversee both internal and external order executions, focusing on crypto pricing and the dynamics of liquidity and volatility. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining execution risk controls, conducting reviews of trading activities, and analyzing performance across all applicable asset classes.
You will develop and produce KPIs to assess execution quality and client outcomes, identifying optimizations to trading parameters and execution logic to enhance performance. Collaborating with internal teams, you will define business requirements for trading and risk tools, ensuring that the trading operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining high standards of execution quality and risk management within the trading team.
