Optiver is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring across Business Operations, Support, and Control functions. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles in Amsterdam and London. This position requires experience in recruitment and strong sourcing capabilities.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in recruitment, ideally with experience in hiring for business operations and support roles. Your ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously is a key strength, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
You are proactive in identifying talent and have a keen understanding of the functions you support, which enables you to recruit effectively across a diverse portfolio of roles. Your sourcing capabilities are exceptional, and you are comfortable navigating various recruitment channels to find the best candidates.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for roles within the Business Operations, Support, and Control functions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights to enhance the recruitment strategy.
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates feel valued throughout the recruitment process. Your hands-on approach will help you to effectively manage the recruitment for leadership positions as well as operational and support roles.
