Who you are
You have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in technical roles, and understand the nuances of hiring within Investment Services and Technology sectors. You are skilled in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. Your ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization allows you to develop a deep understanding of strategic objectives and hiring needs. You are data-driven, leveraging recruiting metrics to prepare updates for hiring managers and improve processes. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to facilitate interviews and lead hiring discussions effectively. You are adaptable and innovative, always seeking unconventional ways to approach relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process for experienced hires, ensuring that hiring goals are met efficiently. You will develop and execute direct sourcing strategies to build and maintain high-caliber pools of candidates. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you will define talent needs and create effective candidate assessment frameworks. You will facilitate interviews and lead calibration discussions to ensure alignment on candidate evaluations. Your role will also involve preparing ongoing recruiting updates for hiring managers, utilizing data to inform decisions and improve the recruitment process. You will handle negotiations and closing of candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
What we offer
Point72 offers a competitive annual base salary range of $170,000-$200,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or a comprehensive benefits package. You will be part of a dynamic HR team that values collaboration and innovation, contributing to a distinctive culture within the organization.
