What you'll do

As the Software Team Lead for the APAC Data Engineering Platform team, you will be responsible for guiding the development of Optiver's next-generation data platform. This includes overseeing the orchestration, storage, access, and governance of data at scale. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the business to deliver consistent and robust solutions that enhance research and real-time trading capabilities.

You will lead a team of data engineers, providing mentorship and support as they develop solutions that meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions into existing systems. You will also be responsible for setting technical direction and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process.
