What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the delivery of global infrastructure programs, focusing on data center expansion, hardware lifecycle management, and network modernization. You will partner with engineering and operations leadership to define project scopes and manage dependencies across teams. Your responsibilities will include building program frameworks to track progress and improve delivery predictability, ensuring that all projects align with Optiver's strategic goals.

You will drive continuous improvement in infrastructure planning and capacity management, working to enhance process maturity within the organization. Your role will require you to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and that the infrastructure supports the firm's growth objectives. You will be instrumental in maintaining the uncompromising standards of quality and reliability that underpin every trade at Optiver.

What we offer

Optiver offers a competitive salary range of $140,000—$200,000 USD, along with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
