You have a strong background in product marketing with a focus on developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Your experience includes driving product adoption and customer engagement, and you understand how to leverage data insights to inform decision-making. You excel in cross-collaboration, working effectively with teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to position products effectively in the market.

You are skilled in product packaging and positioning, ensuring that the messaging resonates with target audiences. Your ability to train sales teams on product features and benefits is a key asset, as you understand the importance of aligning marketing efforts with sales strategies. You bring creativity and a growth mindset to your work, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will oversee all aspects of the product marketing process, from go-to-market strategy to product packaging and positioning. You will develop comprehensive marketing plans that drive product adoption and enhance customer engagement. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product Management to ensure that product features meet market needs and align with customer expectations.

You will also work with the Sales team to provide training and resources that empower them to effectively communicate product value to customers. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning. You will lead initiatives that enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth, ensuring that Optoro's products are well-received in the market.
