Experience with GIS data and systems is a plus, as is familiarity with data security and permissions management. You have a track record of building web applications that handle significant amounts of data, and you understand the importance of creating scalable and efficient systems.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the full stack of Orchard Robotics' applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that improve the usability of our data platform, FruitScope. Your work will involve creating user-friendly interfaces using TypeScript and React while ensuring that the backend services built with Python and Flask are efficient and reliable.

You will also be tasked with optimizing database interactions and ensuring that our applications can handle large volumes of data seamlessly. As part of your responsibilities, you will build and maintain RESTful APIs that allow farmers to access and manage their data effectively. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall user experience by making data easy to understand and actionable for our users.
