You have a strong grasp of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, and can optimize applications for performance and reliability. You are passionate about creating tools that enhance user experience and streamline processes, especially in the context of payroll and workforce management.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain core features of Ordio's SaaS platform, focusing on the Payroll Plus product. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable backend systems on AWS, ensuring that they are reliable and efficient. Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code is essential, as is following best practices in software development. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user needs into impactful features, contributing to the overall architecture of the platform. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving issues, ensuring that the payroll system operates smoothly for users.
