What you'll do
As a Provider Network Associate at Oscar, you will support the overall accessibility, availability, and quality of the Provider Network. Your responsibilities will include executing specific network development functions, collaborating with internal partners, and engaging with existing and future external provider partners. You will play a crucial role in meeting market growth, network quality, and medical cost targets. Your daily tasks will involve provider recruitment, engagement, and education within the Network Management pillar of Oscar's Insurance Operations. You will report to the Senior Manager of Network Development and will be expected to travel up to 75% for client meetings.
