What you'll do
As the Manager, Actuarial at Oscar, you will lead the actuarial team in analyzing the financial implications of the ACA’s risk adjustment program. You will support the monthly financial close and ongoing forecasting efforts, ensuring that the team has the necessary insights to make informed decisions. You will work closely with other departments to develop Oscar’s ability to predict market morbidity, contributing to innovative projects that drive the company’s mission forward. Your role will involve mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment where creative solutions can flourish.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $118,080 to $154,980 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
