You are adaptable and open to evolving work models, including potential hybrid arrangements in the future.
What you'll do
As the Manager, Actuarial, you will play a crucial role in helping Oscar understand the financial implications of the ACAβs risk adjustment program. You will support the actuarial team in various analyses, including monthly financial close and ongoing forecasting. Your work will involve developing Oscarβs ability to predict ACA market morbidity, which is essential for the company's strategic planning.
You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, leveraging your expertise to drive impactful projects that enhance Oscar's financial performance. What we offer
