What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee and manage clinical pharmacy initiatives, focusing on driving affordability savings through core formulary management operations. You will partner with teams across Pharmacy, Medical Economics, and the Office of Clinical Affairs to operationalize pharmacy-related workflows. Your responsibilities will include monitoring existing savings initiatives and ensuring that they align with the company's goals. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Formulary Operations and Pharmacy Utilization Management, and will play a crucial role in shaping the pharmacy operations strategy.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that enhance the efficiency of pharmacy operations, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively. Your role will also involve analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings, as well as collaborating with other departments to align pharmacy operations with broader organizational objectives.
