Who you are
You have a strong background in drug product manufacturing operations, ideally with experience in solid-oral dose forms. Your expertise includes oversight of manufacturing activities and technical transfer processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and innovation in biopharma. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex manufacturing challenges effectively.
Desirable
Experience with commercial routine manufacturing and batch disposition is a plus. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are a proactive communicator, capable of building strong relationships with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the account manager for drug product manufacturing at CMOs for BridgeBioβs Attruby program. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities, acting as the technical and operational lead. Your responsibilities will include managing technical transfers, process validation activities, and documentation review. You will support quality events and ensure that manufacturing processes align with regulatory standards. Collaborating with colleagues in DP Formulation/CMC, Analytical Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control will be essential to your success. You will serve as a key technical contact between Eidos and the CMOs, facilitating communication and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations.
