Your experience in AI research and development equips you to explore and prototype new concepts and workflows, driving innovation within the team. You are comfortable working in a remote setting and can adapt to evolving work models as needed.

What you'll do

As a Staff Product Manager at Oscar, you will lead AI-focused product initiatives, collaborating with a small team of engineers and data scientists. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and prioritizing features that align with business objectives. You will work closely with senior business leaders to ensure that product outcomes meet strategic goals. Your role will involve mentoring peers and influencing product practices to enhance team performance and product quality.

You will be responsible for identifying key user needs and translating them into actionable product features. This includes conducting A/B testing, defining success metrics, and analyzing data to inform product decisions. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
