You have extensive experience as a Workday Architect, demonstrating a deep understanding of Workday functionalities and the ability to manage consultants effectively. Your strategic thinking allows you to design scalable Workday solutions that meet business requirements across Compensation, Time/Leave, and Payroll. You thrive in collaborative environments, engaging with stakeholders to translate their needs into effective configurations and enhancements. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams through complex projects, ensuring compliance and best practices in Workday solutions.

You are adept at stakeholder engagement, serving as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Workday. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensures that projects align with organizational goals. You have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating your organizational skills and attention to detail. You are committed to continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance Workday functionalities and user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and architecture of scalable Workday solutions, focusing on Compensation, Time/Leave, and Payroll. You will serve as the primary Workday SME, translating business requirements into effective configurations and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include managing consultants and executing complex projects, ensuring that all Workday solutions comply with organizational standards and best practices. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Director of People Technology & Operations, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives.

You will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the Workday solutions meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting regular assessments of existing Workday functionalities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements that align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for training and supporting team members in utilizing Workday effectively, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the People Systems team.

What we offer

Oscar offers a competitive salary range of $144,000 - $189,000 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits, including participation in our unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses. You will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the New York City office and flexibility for the other two days.
