What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design and development of comprehensive AML workflows and operations solutions within the Oscilar platform — your work will involve creating standardized AML templates and best practices that can be deployed across various customer environments. You will also develop reusable AML rule sets, risk models, and detection scenarios that align with regulatory requirements, ensuring that our solutions are both effective and compliant.

You will define integration patterns for AML data sources, including core banking and payment systems, to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Establishing Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) frameworks will be essential for monitoring the effectiveness of AML programs, and you will document solution architectures to maintain technical integrity.

Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to pioneer Agentic AI capabilities for AML — you will work closely with product innovation teams to enhance our offerings and ensure that Oscilar remains a leader in the AML solution market. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
