What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer requirements and enable the deployment of technical solutions tailored to their needs. You will develop an in-depth understanding of Ema's technology and its underlying architectures, allowing you to deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase key features and benefits. Working closely with customers, you will execute successful proof of concepts, demonstrating the feasibility and value of Ema's solutions in their environments.

You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders, focusing on achieving their desired business outcomes. Your role will involve designing and architecting solutions that align with customer goals, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems. You will drive project teams towards common goals, accelerating the adoption of Ema's solutions and demonstrating the value of the platform throughout the engagement.
