What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct in-depth competitive analysis of commercial fragrance products, utilizing both traditional GC-MS software tools and newly developed proprietary tools. You will systematically deconstruct competitor fragrance compositions, benchmarking Osmo's fragrance creations against market leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for innovation. Your insights will directly inform fragrance development strategies and help identify emerging trends in the industry.

You will collaborate closely with the Applied Research and Machine Learning teams to improve fragrance analysis methodologies and tools. Your work will involve providing actionable insights derived from competitive data, which will be crucial in understanding competitor formulation approaches and intellectual property. You will play a key role in shaping Osmo's fragrance development strategies, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of olfactory innovation.
