What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's user acquisition and retention funnels, ensuring that strategies are effective and aligned with Overmind's mission. You will develop, implement, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, using data-driven insights to guide your decisions. Owning the BI and CRM dashboards means you will measure the success of our marketing channels and efforts, providing critical feedback to the team. You will run experiments and iterate on the highest ROI growth strategies, collaborating closely with a small team to take ownership of important projects from the get-go. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Overmind.
