You have prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company, where you've honed your analytical skills and developed a strong understanding of data-driven decision making. Your experience with distributed data frameworks like Apache Spark allows you to write and debug data pipelines effectively, ensuring data integrity and accessibility across teams. You possess a solid statistical knowledge base that enables you to interpret data accurately and provide actionable insights. Your working knowledge of Python equips you to manipulate data and automate processes, enhancing efficiency in your analyses. You have experience creating leadership-level reporting, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), which demonstrates your ability to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders clearly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner deeply with teams across Stripe to ensure that our users, products, and business have the models, data products, and insights needed to make informed decisions and grow responsibly. You will work closely with partners to extract insights from Stripe's rich and complex data, translating business needs into data problems that can be solved through analysis. Your responsibilities will include building metrics, scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and reports that inform and run the business effectively. You will deliver actionable business recommendations through analyses and data storytelling, ensuring that your insights lead to strategic initiatives that drive growth.
