With 5+ years of experience, you understand the intricacies of creating seamless user experiences that cater to both employers and employees. You are an AI-first product thinker, comfortable applying automation and AI to enhance product offerings. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product vision aligns with business goals.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are adept at managing projects across different time zones. Your experience in leading product teams has equipped you with the ability to mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and improve product performance continuously.
Desirable
Experience with global employment platforms or HR technology is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana will help you navigate the product development lifecycle efficiently. A background in user research and A/B testing will enhance your ability to make informed product decisions.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager for the Hire & Onboard team, you will own the product vision and strategy for the end-to-end hiring and onboarding experience. This includes developing customer-facing workflows and internal tools that enable companies to hire efficiently and compliantly. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and business objectives. Your role will involve defining success metrics, conducting user research, and iterating on product features based on feedback and data analysis.
