You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in data-heavy products, and possess a strong analytical mindset that allows you to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights. Your expertise in visual and interaction design ensures that you create user-friendly experiences that prioritize clarity and usability. You thrive in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data partners to deliver impactful solutions. You are a holistic problem solver who balances hands-on execution with strategic thinking and product vision, ensuring that your designs align with business goals and user needs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take ownership of your projects, demonstrating accountability and a commitment to excellence. Desirable

Experience with analytics platforms or financial products is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and scalable design processes. A background in SaaS or working with software sellers will give you an edge in understanding the needs of Paddle's customers. You are open to feedback and enjoy collaborating with others to refine your designs and improve user experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of Paddle's analytics and reporting experiences, ensuring that users can easily understand their revenue, performance, and growth metrics. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and testing. You will also contribute to the long-term evolution of Paddle's analytics platform, shaping design systems and processes that support scalability and consistency across products. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively and will participate in design reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve the user experience.
